The need for better quality home inspections in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri inspired Andy Kuszak to create A Superior Inspection in 2015.
Based in northern Benton County, A Superior Inspection also serves throughout Benton, Washington, Carroll and Madison counties in Northwest Arkansas, and McDonald County in Southwest Missouri. The growing team at A Superior Inspection offers clear, concise and fact-based reporting for all of their home and commercial property inspection services.
The company has responded to growing industry needs by adding services such as commercial inspections, home maintenance checkups, mold testing, radon testing, water quality testing, and physical asset management. Home inspections continue to be their hallmark service as they serve owners of mid-sized to large homes throughout their coverage area.
Owner, Chief Inspector
Through his work in the commercial and residential construction industry, Andy often saw inspectors who were either undertrained in the industry or who failed to provide accurate, easy-to- understand information to their clients after an inspection. He knows from experience that when a property buyer or owner doesn’t have the full and accurate view of their investment, they will likely lose money. Andy doesn’t want that to happen to residential or commercial property owners in Northwest Arkansas or Southwest Missouri! He uses his intense training, experience, and strong customer service skills to provide thorough inspections and reports that help property owners make valuable decisions.
As his team grows, Andy leads other inspectors in offering the same level of customer service. Andy also has a growing network of construction and renovation service providers whom he can recommend to make quality repairs to any property.
· History, I’ve grown up around construction. Three of my uncles had their own construction companies. I had an aunt who owned an insulation business, and another uncle who was an electrical foreman. Growing up I spent a lot of time on construction sites, and I started working construction at the age of 14 framing and wiring houses.
· USAF veteran, I know what it means to be part of a team, be professional, and pay attention to detail. I spent 4yrs years on a help desk which taught me the importance of communicating effectively and adapting to personalities. These skills I feel are extremely important when dealing with clients, everyone is unique.
· Trade experience, I have over 5yrs electrical experience in mostly residential but some commercial. I’ve also framed and roofed houses. Most of this experience was in large housing additions building track homes and working alongside other trade members. This taught me skills like how to be professional personally and in my skilled trade. I’ve seen how things should be done, what happens when they are not, and what happens when they are not properly maintained.
