1. Choose a Category: Pick the appropriate category of inspection service you would like, located at the bottom of this page.
2. Select a Date: Once a category is selected you will then need to pick the “1st Available Date” OR pick an inspector to view their calendar.
   Choose a Date and Time that works for your schedule. We offer a walkthrough of the property 2 hours after the start time to show you some of our findings and to answer any questions you may have.
3. Add the Details: Input your information, the house information and SUBMIT!!

Once submitted, we will schedule the appointment with all invested parties and send you a confirmation email with further instructions.
